I tried one pack before a run. I'm not sure if it was just a placebo effect or if they really worked but, I definitely noticed a difference. I typically have a quick energy packed snack before a run and a shake after. I had my normal snack before and after my run I wasn't hungry and had absolutely no desire to make a shake. I try to run between 3 to 5 miles and i've gotten pretty good at pacing myself so I don'g get tired. Again, i'm not sure if the pills really helped or if it was all in my head but not only did I have more energy and it craved my hungry, but  I ran faster!!
