I take this every morning when I first wake up. I prefer mine mixed with orange juice. I have noticed my skin has been more soft and hydrated which is really important. I live in Michigan, so my furnace runs a lot which dries out my skin. I have only been using NEOCELL derma matrix for 3 weeks now but I have already noticed a difference. I'm excited to see how it will improve my skin the longer I use it.
