RingStix comes in a set with one projectile ring and two pairs of curved sticks. The ring is the "thrown" by placing it on the two sticks and pulling them apart quickly. The receiver then tries to catch the ring on their sticks. It's a fairly simple to grasp, though it will take a little bit  of practice to get the technique down right. It's the kind of toy that will fit in well at the beach or at a park and offers a fun alternative to a ball or a Frisbee. My time with RingStix was a bit hit and miss. I had fun playing, but my 8-year old neighbor struggled to really get the flinging technique down, leaving me to wonder if there's too much technique required from RingStix to be a true casual family activity. It could have been just him though. I on the other hand had more success, but never could get a consistently good fling going. There are quite a few flavors to choose from! Which i love because sometimes you want more than just original pretzel taste. I personally love the sesame and buffalo wing ones! The flavoring is perfect, it's not overbearing but not bland either. It really helps curb my cravings for junk food.
